Short comedy horror film "Unit 30" (RT: 21:00)
Not everything is as it seems when Scully
and Mulder, no relation to Dana or Fox, move into the 'perfect' planned
community. They soon cross paths with a mysterious package sent to an address
that doesn't exist. Mundane situations gradually begin to get off kilter for the
pair, and with Mulder's curiosity piqued, the duo decides to solve the mystery
behind Unit 30. In the vein of Tales From the Crypt/Darkside, Unit 30 is a campy
mystery with a surprising conclusion.

When Mark's wife died of cancer, he
lost more than the love of his life: the medical bills forced his home into
foreclosure. When Frankie bullied Jason at school, he was doing what punks
everywhere do: picking on the quiet kid, the one who's just a bit different. And
when Jason "borrowed" the keys to a house his father - a banker - had
foreclosed on so that Frankie & his girlfriend had a place to hang out, he
was just hoping to be left alone in the future. Jason didn't know - he couldn't
know - that Mark was still there. And Mark had nothing left to lose.
